"Found this company via Amgi where he was showing a top rating. Put in service request around 6pm, has a response back within 45 minutes. Setup appointment for next day. Tech (owner of company) called when on his way, arrived within the window he had promised. Put covers on shoes when coming in. Discussed history of problem. Tech immediately knew the fix. Demonstrated the fix and tool needed (where to buy, cost, etc.). Had problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. He also pointed out some other things about refrigerator to save homeowner money (water filters). Overall, very pleased with company's service - very knowledgeable, willing to share information, on time, etc. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good appliance repair company."

"The overall service was very good. This is a new home (3 yrs old) they did not get as much as I thought but overall did pull a lot of dust and debris out.
I would recommend them doing this, I have cut my dust down by about 70%. Usually I would dust in the morning, within hour or 2 the dust would be back and thick. Now I dust in the morning and by the next day I barely see any dust. So I am pleased w/the service I had and would recommend them again.

"Choice was unable to find a contractor, but provided me the option of reimbursement by finding my own contractor. The process was pretty smooth, where I submit an estimate/diagnosis and they come back to me with any questions and then approved the repair with me paying the contractor and my reimbursement check mailed to me. I have not received the check yet, but from a previous repair on my refrigerator, I know the check does show up."

"The work was performed between Sept 16-19 2019. Darryl and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 on Sept 16 as planned. They pressure washed the entire house during the first day and began prepping the exterior wood for painting. They scraped, sanded and caulked the wood. Darryl pointed out several areas of rotted wood in addition to the ones I knew about; he repaired all of them under the original estimate. We chose the paint colors from the Sherwin Williams selection samples. Prep work continued throughout the second day while part of the crew began painting. Painting, prep work and wood repair continued through the third day. The fourth day was only for the final (second) coat in the areas still needing it. The crew was very polite and cleaned up at the end of everyday. They stored their ladders and equipment in a tidy area away from the house everyday. They arrived around 8:30 and worked until 4:00. The paint job looks great! I will definitely hire them again. Thanks, Cliff"
