"The service worked exactly as advertised. My virtual consultation was with Harmond and he was great. He talked me through how the LED lighting system works in these refrigerators, how to purchase the light(s) and how to replace them. It would have cost me $100 just to have a service tech come to my house and even more to fix the issue. For $35 I found it to be a relatively simple repair that I can do myself."

"Great Service from this company. Replaced main LED in refrigerator and diagnosed wire shorting out in freezer LED. Returned the next day with a freezer LED and replaced it at no extra charge for additional service call or light. An expensive repair that was made a little better by this company. I would recommend them for any appliance repair. Good people providing great service."

"I don’t have to buy a new refrigerator! I called All Appliance Service to check my refrigerator before committing to a new refrigerator. He came within a day, took a look at it and was able to diagnosis and repair the problem quickly. He also gave me hints on how to keep the refrigerator in good condition. I would not hesitate to use him again and refer others to him. I’m a happy camper."

"Jeff was great. I called and he came with a day or two of my call. I showed him all the things I had concerns about and he gave me honest answers about whether my project ideas were worthwhile or not. I appreciated his honesty. He installed the two heaters and hooked up the thermostat and installed a new outlet. He was a very quick worker and I was very satisfied with his service. I intend to have Jeff back to fix a front outside lamp that hasn't worked for years. Great, unassuming guy."

"I called Rob this morning at 9:40 am and it's now 1 pm and the Washer is already fixed with the problem water valve replaced with a new valve. Very professional and wearing an N95 mask. Washer is repaired and he even vacuumed out a bunch of debris from the inside and gave me some suggestions about how to maintain the washer properly. Great service! Will use again."

"ALTHOUGH THE STANDARD SERVICE CHARGE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER PROVIDERS I CONTACTED, THE PERSON WHO CALLED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
