"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Choice was unable to find a contractor, but provided me the option of reimbursement by finding my own contractor. The process was pretty smooth, where I submit an estimate/diagnosis and they come back to me with any questions and then approved the repair with me paying the contractor and my reimbursement check mailed to me. I have not received the check yet, but from a previous repair on my refrigerator, I know the check does show up."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

We were exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of the person representing Sears. When we initially called him, he made an appointment for a free inspection.  He arrived at the appointed time. When he inspected our 2 garage doors, which were both off track, he said that the track systems could be replaced, without having to replace the doors. The doors are still in good shape. We had been told by one other company that the doors and tracks all needed to be replaced and their estimate was around $2600.
We made the appointment for him to replace the tracks. He arrived as scheduled and had the tracks replaced within a couple of hours.  The cost was $500, the same as the estimate he gave us.
We would definitely use this service again.
