"Ordered a part online to repair what I thought was a broken refrigerator hinge, but it turned out to be a broken spring. After I called Knapp's, James came the next day and worked with me to figure out the issue. He was very helpful, listened to my questions and helped me figure out a resolution. It's rare when a contractor listens to and is willing to help a repair-minded woman to learn how to do the work and I really appreciated his guidance. Will definitely hire this firm again for any appliance repair work needed. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again!"

"Excellent and fast customer service"

"High cost to repair. Not worth the value of the refrigerator."

"I couldn't have asked for a better service person. Alex came for consultation on my electric hot water heater replacement. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and told me my water heater is fine. He is a true professional. He was very kind, pleasant and courteous, and gave me useful information about water heaters and installation issues in general. When my 10-year-old water heater quits for good, I know where to go. Thank you for the great work!"

"Shaquelle from Dell Refrigeration called me within minutes of posting the job - on the 4th of July holiday nonetheless! - And he was able to come out the next morning to fix my washer. Really impressed they were so helpful on a holiday weekend. Kind, good communication and quick service at a fair price. Definitely recommend and will be using again when needed. Thanks"

"The freezer drawer had been having a sheet of ice form on the bottom of the drawer. Bob arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He is very friendly and forthcoming with excellent advice. He was able to move the large refrigerator/freezer out of its built-in compartment, crawl behind it and unplug the defrost drain. Bob also fixed the drain system so that it will not clog again. The job took him less than an hour to complete. Worth every penny!"

"Service person thoroughly diagnosed problem which was a failed switch. Retrieved a replacement part and completed repair. Overall review: Prompt response, friendly service, reasonable cost. Would definitely call them again."

"I called this morning to inquire about scheduling an appointment for service on my dryer which was spinning, but providing no heat.  I was delighted to learn of an opening at 11:30 and the provider showed up promptly.  The problem was diagnosed and the part was replaced professionally and most courteously.  I was so surprised at how reasonable the bill was and appreciated the technician choosing a part that was much less than an equivalent one.  I usually don't have this positive of an experience with service repair technicians, and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend him again in the future.  It was an excellent experience all around.
