"Repairman arrived on time with needed part. Replaced part and found reason for needed repair - a broken spring. Offered to get spring after next job and return later the same day to finish repairing the washing machine. Arrived back at 7:00 p.m. and finished the repair. Machine works well. Service outstanding."

"We had a great experience with Omega Force and their technician, Nate, for our refrigerator repair. Nate went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and explore cost-saving options for us. Ultimately, we needed an expensive part, but the team made the process smooth and stress-free. They quickly ordered the part, repaired the refrigerator."

"High cost to repair. Not worth the value of the refrigerator."

"Tony provided exceptional service. Took the type to explain what the AC maintenance service involved and informed me regarding the health of my systems. I highly recommend McQuillan Bros"

"

I was without hot water, which was a significant emergency as it happened the day I was having 10 people for a birthday dinner in  just 8 hours. Jan was wonderful, she arranged for someone to come out the same day. This was quality, responsive professional service .

"The service was done neatly."

"My father-in-law came over on Sunday night and attempted to patch the leak with plumbers putty and duct tape. We turned off the water to the house just in case. I called early Monday morning to make an appointment, and was told they couldn't come until Tuesday morning. But early Monday afternoon they called back and said they'd had a cancellation and could come between 2 and 4 pm. The plumber called shortly after and said he could meet me at the house in 15 minutes and was there on the dot. He was very pleasant and helpful, knew just what to do, and suggested that if this would happen again electrical tape would work better than duct tap and explained why. I appreciated that helpful hint. He was very tidy, always wiped his feet going in and out of the basement. He replaced a section of pipe and showed me the bad one and suggested causes for the leak, if I wanted to submit this to insurance. The whole job was done in 45 minutes, and I am very pleased with the work and the experience. There was no attempt to sell more than was needed, and I didn't feel intimidated or conned in any way. I would definitely call them again."

"Pat was great!!! He repaired my radiator leak quickly and at a very reasonable cost! I look forward to hiring him again for other home repair and maintenance projects. Highly recommended!!!"

"They know their stuff. They are the first company that I call for any major appliance repair."
