"Today I had to make a really tough decision. Spend $2000+ on a new fridge or repair my 3 year old - $2000+, GE Profile fridge that had been slowly dropping temperature the past few days. I called several places and the folks answering the phone did not have the technical knowledge I needed to make the decision to book a service call or not. Finally I called one more company and Sebastian answered the phone thankfully. After telling him about my situation and location, we determined I live too far outside his service area for an onsite visit. He even reviewed some photos I had texted him. I can honestly say this was some of best customer service that I have ever experienced. "It went good. They came in and I was satisfied with the service that they did and I would use them again."

"They showed up and had it fixed within minutes, however 2 days later it went out again. They came back and again fixed it pretty quick, however it went out the next morning . Other than telling me the system was old they didn't say the system needed anything, but did try to get me to make an appointment with their sales guy. My guess is that the service guy gets a commission if customers by a new unit. I think that would explain why they don't waste time fixing old systems for a few hundred dollars and more time trying to sell you a new system for several thousands."

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"
