"The technician, Carlos, arrived promptly at the stated time, did a thorough inspection of the system, explained his steps, and proceeded to the job. Replaced the UV lamp, checked out the system, and replaced a capacitor. Checked for leaks in the system, and made sure the drip pan was drawn out completely. Replaced the shields and enclosures, checked out that the system was performing satisfactorily, and left the area clean and neat. Also signed us up for service contract for the next year. He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them in the future.
