"Mobile Appliance Repair Inc called with a time window which they met. They called when they were on they way and provided a clear description and estimate. They returned the next day as agreed and worked with my schedule. Tyler (their repair tech) was very polite, and cleaned up his working area.  Our washer is working very well, we are very happy with their services and we would certainly use their services again.

"I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer.  it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help
Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. 
during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm.  the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early.
once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part.  after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully.
I would recommend Fewman Service and Repair to anyone needing a major appliance repair.  I will definitely call again, if anything were to go wrong.

"We knew our unit needed to be replaced and we started the process in January because the big companies run specials. Brian was my 3rd and final estimate I intended to secure before making a decision. I was a little concerned about going with a company that had opened a little over a year before our install. I checked their website information on several known pages, called the phone numbers, checked the website, checked the BBB! I liked Brian, he conveyed a sense of trust because if he was not sure about something, he checked with the owner that had many, many years of experience. What I liked most was this: He knew our budget constraints and he did not push on and on about having to buy a certain unit. He made us feel better by explaining we had a unit that was a little bigger than we needed (which I double-checked online) and sold us a unit that he endorsed by letting us know it was the one he put in his house. The regular price of this unit was around $2,000 less than the SPECIAL the fancy heating and air people were running. His customer service is excellent. I ordered it on Friday and he had his guys there on Monday. The guys that installed it were prompt, polite, and left no mess. Brian took care of the warranty and even mailed us back a check for $100 due to a bookkeeping error. We had the unit installed in March. The house is not only noticeably cooler, but we used considerably less electricity the 2 months we were able to compare. Five stars all the way around! Do not hesitate to use this company! "Choice was unable to find a contractor, but provided me the option of reimbursement by finding my own contractor. The process was pretty smooth, where I submit an estimate/diagnosis and they come back to me with any questions and then approved the repair with me paying the contractor and my reimbursement check mailed to me. I have not received the check yet, but from a previous repair on my refrigerator, I know the check does show up."

"Made an appointment, no show.  Tracked down with calls, made another appointment, no show.  After scheduling again, received the service, third time's a charm.  Service was done well, would like to use them again for some other handyman services, but would like a little more confidence in the appointments.  He commented on how busy they were, which is great, but needs to make sure that the schedule is able to be met.  May try again, because he seems to do decent work when available."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
