Our front bathroom needed redoing for my mother's handicap needs, and our request was for an ADA-compliant bathroom, with room for a wheelchair if necessary. He walked us through every detail, came with us to the Floor & Decor, where we got everything we needed or wanted. He is a consummate professional, and even corrected some issues that were found when the bathroom was gutted while construction was underway for the shower.
