It appears that Josh was training Dillon, but both were very professional. I was surprised to see that they spent almost 2 hours hours going over both the Air conditioner and Heater; they checked every single moving part and tested both the air and heat for accuracy. Josh even went the extra mile, when he asked if I had a Carbon Monoxide detector and I showed him where it was; he noticed it was not in the best place for my safety and he moved it to the correct location. If you're looking for a company you can trust for the right price but also the amount of care they put into their product, Temperature Pro/SA is the best company in San Antonio. Plus, Mark, although he is a married man, { removed content }, I suggest that nobody should use his company. { remove content} Plus he did such a bad job on installation, that the TXV valve had to be replaced a year later. If you want an honest worker and a proper job, I suggest you do not go to CoolMark. "
