"We were very happy with Bama Air Systems. They came out for an estimate on a Mini-Split in a timely manner, and had a quick turn-around time for installation. Their service professionals, Austin, Zach and JC, were on time, friendly and courteous, and very efficient. "They called to say Andrew was on his way. He arrived soon after that. He immediately got to work and told me what the problem was and explained what would be done. He let me know about my HVAC overall health and explained the upcoming 2020 EPA changes to freon used by my unit. I will not hesitate to call on Ethridge again. I'm very happy with their work."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "Wehby Heating & Air was prompt, professional, and thorough. Within a day, a company representative was at our house, and we were given a quote within hours. Their quote was nearly $2,000 cheaper than the first company we contacted. The repairs were done in a clean and timely manner. The employees were courteous to my family and my pets. After the repairs were completed and the new unit was installed, I was given thorough instructions on how to use the new unit and wall thermostat, as well as detailed instructions on how to register our new unit online. "Mr. Coffee is a hero who risks his health daily to help mitigate dangerous radon problems for strangers who call for help. This is a dangerous job with daily high radon exposure and when I asked, he said he is aware of the risks but gets his health scanned multiple times a year. I called Covenant Air back in December after noticing that my Safety Siren Pro radon detector kept reaching alarm. Mr. Coffee came out and assessed that I could probably fix the problem myself by sealing some obvious cracks, especially around some pipes, and recommended the products so that I can do it cheap DIY. He was obviously not pushy to scare people into signing contracts, but actually tried to dissuade me from hiring him right off on installing sub slab depressurization. Although the DYI route he recommended would've been cheaper, I hired him to performs the job. The sealing did bring the radon level down where my detector's alarm didn't go off, but I wanted to lower it as much as possible. He then recommended a passive ventilation route given my reading. The passive ventilation again slashed the radon level in half, but I wanted the radon level down even further, so I ultimately opted to install the fan after weeks of data collection and analysis. He installed the fan so that I could easily turn it off to save energy based on seasonal variations. He is a very personable and methodical person, and prefers to monitor the progress of his work so that his customers don't hastily incur unnecessary cost. You almost never see someone like that in the service industry, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

"Technicians Ethan Atkinson and Derek Norman arrived on time and communicated several times about their location to keep me informed before their arrival. They went to work right away in a very professional and personable way to remove the old mini-split and install a new one. They were very responsive to my questions and their explanation was thorough. They double checked that everything worked and that they cleaned up afterward. I was very pleased with their attitudes and their work."
