They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Beautifully. I had another company install new tiles in the kitchen. They didn’t install them correctly. Jason took up all the tiles and cleaned up all the dirt and debris underneath that the previous company left. He re-used as many tiles as he could and installed them perfectly. He made sure that the tiles were locked in properly and made sure there was proper spacing between the walls and the tiles by using spacers. They cleaned as they went and made sure there was as little dust as possible since I have asthma. Very prompt. They did exactly what I wanted done. The floor turned out absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire Jason again."

Jason replaced a kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was difficult to remove because of some rust, and contrary to what I first thought, it was not just loose, it had broken off at the handle.  Jason did a good job with this and installed a new faucet without any issues.  He also put back the cover of a bathroom fan that had given me some trouble. 

Jim replaced the water supply line to my dishwasher, which had apparently developed a small leak.  This leak was discovered while a new floor was installed earlier in the week.  I was very concerned to get the issue fixed quickly and correctly.  Jim identified the problem immediately and replaced the necessary parts with his usual expertise, for which I am very grateful.  He also replaced (2) water filter cartridges in my basement. 

I continue to have good experiences with Handyman Matters of Dayton and will use them again.
