They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech."

"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. Clean up inside and out was immaculate. They were as efficient, polite, well mannered, conversational and conscientious crew that we’ve had in our house. Dan and his Zen Windows TEAM is FIVE STAR. "Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them."

"Beautifully. I had another company install new tiles in the kitchen. They didn’t install them correctly. Jason took up all the tiles and cleaned up all the dirt and debris underneath that the previous company left. He re-used as many tiles as he could and installed them perfectly. He made sure that the tiles were locked in properly and made sure there was proper spacing between the walls and the tiles by using spacers. They cleaned as they went and made sure there was as little dust as possible since I have asthma. Very prompt. They did exactly what I wanted done. The floor turned out absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire Jason again."

The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. Paul, the owner, listened to my requests from the very beginning and ensured that my expectations for the space were met. His workers Kevin and Mark were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks and were efficient in getting the work completed in a timely manner. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and did not have any concerns for the safety of myself or my kids. The office staff (Penny) was always friendly and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. Overall, the basement looks 100% better and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.  I would definitely recommend Handyman Matters for any type of home remodeling needs.
