"Rave to Axis Plumbing Solutions, LLC. Pool Heater natural gas line hook up was installed by Axis Plumbing Solutions LLC, then inspected by City of Winter Garden, then leak tested and 2 lb meter upgrade (which is a bigger spring) was completed by Lake Apopka Natural Gas Company by Blake. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Martinez and his assistant Jacob for the natural gas line hook up to the house. Andrew was one of 5 companies I reached out to and he was the only one who could properly explain the job to me and his details enabled me to make the correct decisions on what exactly to install. Some companies were too busy to return calls, some companies could not explain regulators or size of pipes to me, some companies only mounted the pipes along the wall but couldn't explain the details for me to fully be able to make the correct decisions. Andrew returned the call promptly and was insanely polite and professional. He not only explained to me why we need regulators but also what the different pipe sizes were best suited for. He also had another option to bury it which I preferred because of the Florida heat and it also looks neater. Not only was Andrew and Jacob polite, prompt, attentive, and focused but they did not hesitate to answer post install questions. Andrew informed me what are my next steps and why there are a few pvc pipes in the ground (for inspection purposes) and who to call next and what to ask for after the inspection from the City of Winter Garden and before he returns to remove the gauge, pvc pipes, etc. He really took the stress out of the entire job and made me feel at ease. He really knows how to build trust. They did a wonderful job, they cleaned up the area very well and I could not be happier. "I wish we had read his reviews here first. We never would have hired him. More of the same. I ended up coordinating with the subcontractors, and the window and door supplier myself. We only heard from Steve when he wanted another check. Whenever I questioned anything he would belligerently tell me how ungrateful I was. When the wrong window size was delivered, I had to sort it out with the supplier. In an effort to sound like he was in charge, Steve would tell me false updates on the order status. Then become combative when I would tell him what I was told from the supplier. I was essentially bringing Steve up to date on the status of a project he was allegedly G.C-ing. Our project was completed only because I stepped in."

"We have used Spegal Plumbing many times. They have supplied and installed a new water heater, fixed kitchen faucets, disposal, bathroom faucets and valves and reset a toilet. They are good plumbers, do a great job, make sure the work is to your satisfaction and they are fair and reasonable in their prices. We would recommend them. They are honest, reliable and good. We would use them again."

"I had the absolutely worst experience with Elementar/Hardscape World for the entire project. The job was relatively small paver area with firepit surrounded by synthetic turf putting green. I am one year and one day from making my latest payment and my putting turf has been getting worse showing the horizontal seam lines and it's become an eye sore. Reaching out Fabio, the owner, told me he couldn't help and to contact the manufacturer. GlobalSynTurf was responsive but say they don't cover the cost of repair. Although pitched as a 15yr warranty, Fabio is refusing to do the install of the new turf. He's quoted me $2k to do the work. And this turf is less than 15months old and looks awful. Beyond that, the entire job was h***. The original contract was signed in Nov '21 and the completion wasn't until Aug '22. It was a job they quoted as ~2mo or less depending on how quickly the HOA returned approvals (< 1wk). Other notable issues 1) They had to remove my existing screen to put in pavers. When reinstalling the screen they did it very poorly and has come detached from the frame at least 4 or 5 times and I've had to have them come fix it 2) I got a retractable screen that has broken 3 or 4 times forcing them to come out and fix it. 3) The turf when originally installed was completely mismatched in color. When they were installing it I called it out and they told me the sun would fix it. But it didn't and they had to tear it all up and replace it 4) The golf holes we installed completely wrong in many ways and don't even match and one was damaged forcing them to replace which made the turf wavy 5) The natural gas firepit they quoted they reneged on and tried to do propane instead. I had to negotiate down to $1k more to get what was quoted 6) The river rock surrounding the area was not lined and was falling into the neighbors yard and it took 3 times to resolve that There were more headaches than just those mentioned, but I should have known from the beginning and gone with separate companies for the pavers and the golf turf, neither of which would have been them. I only chose them because they said they could do the entire job."
