"Adam / TILE Dimensions is the most professional contractor I've ever hired.  From the first call to the last email, his communication and follow through are superb. You never have to wonder if he understood your request or when he'll be there or when the job will be finished.

Tile work is expensive and it is permanent. You don't want to make a mistake in choosing your tile (Adam will help you with this) and you want to be sure the job is done right (Adam will make sure of it!). TILE Dimensions uses the best materials and provides the best service and finished product! You will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you will be so pleased, you will refer your friends and family -- I did and they were equally elated with their new bathroom. You will be too!

"I am extremely satisfied with this company. Springs Curb Appeal. Two guys showed up and made a though inspection and expert recommendations and did an excellent job of cleaning my dirty fireplace and chimney. They inspected the chimney from top to bottom and it is now spotless."

Small jobs welcome

"Brandon did a great job cleaning our chimney and our fireplace insert. In addition, he noticed that we needed a spark protector on our cap and repaired it for us. He was very warm and professional, and did a marvelous job of taking care of our chimney both this year and in the past. I highly recommend him!"

"The location of this company is incorrect. 4341 Platte Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80915 is abandoned now for a few years. The original owner passed away last year. JD Vigil seems to operate from an address at 80 Talamine Ct, Colorado Springs, CO. And, whatever the reason, when searching for them on the Internet, One Hour Heating and Conditioning web size pops up. When trying to call the company, someone in Pueblo responds. I am still trying to resolve a few outstanding issues after a furnace and air-conditioning replacement, but it is so far dragging. I will update this in a week. Inspection call was scheduled for November 7. Three weeks is simply too long to get a new date with the state required inspection. I hope my issues will resolved this week. update as of 11/30/2022 I am updating my comment I posted a few days ago. I have today both the mechanical and electrical inspectors reviewing the work JD Vigil did. So far everything is great with the installation. I want to give a five star rating to the work performed, but I marked it with four starts due to the difficulties I encountered with a few follow up items. It seems that their temporary internal issues were resolved."

We are very reasonable with prices and try to make it good for everyone. We are fully insured and have three crews of roofing with 5 guys on each group. 4 siding crews with 4 men in each crew and about 4 for all other construction work. We do require a deposit sometimes.

FAQs for brick or stone fireplace installation projects in Colorado Springs, CO

Yes, a well-executed fireplace remodel can lift resale value by giving the whole room an instant focal point. Swapping dated brick for light stone tile, adding integrated lighting, or upgrading the mantel turns a tired feature into a modern showpiece that buyers notice. While returns vary by market, most real estate professionals agree that a fresh, code-compliant fireplace helps listings stand out and can nudge sale prices higher than a comparable home with an outdated unit.

You must hire an NFI-certified mason or general contractor to install your fireplace. Experts holding NFI and WETT certifications guarantee a secure installation with precise attention to safety and performance. These professionals complete every phase with defined expertise, ensuring that electrical, structural, and combustion components comply with strict safety standards, which enhances your home’s overall integrity.

Rebuilding a fireplace demands a distinct investment based on the unit type and project scope. An electric fireplace rebuild costs very little, while restoring a wood-burning fireplace requires tens of thousands of dollars for specialized labor and materials. This higher investment ensures complete structural renewal, enhanced safety, and a substantial increase in your home’s overall value.
