"GREAT EXPERIENCE! We had a frustrating intermittent water leak. Tim quickly got us scheduled. Cole showed up a short time later. Within minutes Cole maneuvered through the attic and found a small pin hole leak in the Pex pipe. Cole quickly removed and replaced the damaged section of pipe. I will efinitely will call Plumbing and Drain Innovations to solve future plumbing problems. We have already scheduled with Cole to install a whole house water treatment system. "The listing agent on a home I bought, which had a lot of leaks from freeze damage while it sat empty, referred BMF PLUMBING to me. BMF owner Joe Brawner understood the problem and the importance of fixing the leaks ASAP. The real problem was that, because the leaks hadn’t caused any damage yet, the water was cut off at the meter, leaving us with no running water. Joe was called the afternoon of my move-in, and the next morning, Joe was there. He methodically identified the leaks and fixed them, then turned on the water to check for more leaks and fixed them. In about 7 hours, Joe had fixed multiple leaks, probably more than 7, and also tightened up and updated fixtures that needed a little work. We were so pleased with the total bill for all the work that day (under $1K) that we are going to have Joe re-pipe our home this summer. From what I was told, Joe has done over 300 re-pipes in his long career. We found Joe to be a hard-working family man with a wonderful personality.TheBest"

"Be very careful if you need any plumbing work done in The Woodlands. DO NOT call JD Precision Plumbing, they are modern day Pirates. They charged me $800.00 to replace this one small section of water main. took every bit of 30 minutes. They say free estimates on their website. When I called for service, I was told there is a $175.00 service call charge and would be I would be credited this amount if work is done. I'm thinking it cannot cost much over $175.00 to fix. (wrong). They estimated $791.00 to fix it. I'm not home due to a surgery and have buddy relaying info to me. I think ok, the $791.00 less the $175.00 so $616.00 to me. (wrong again). I not only get charged 791.00! they added 3% for using a credit card. Now I'm at $815.00 to fix. I try getting justification on charges from their operations manager only to be told JD Precision plumbing is so big and they have higher overhead than any other plumbers, therefore have higher costs for service. I call BS."
