Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. He’s excellent and he’s a really good guy. The people that work there are excellent. They are very honest. They are very nice people and very polite. They are very thorough. They are very professional. If they find something wrong, they take the part and make sure if it’s under warranty and then get the stuff if needed. They are very conscientious. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."

The overall experience was very good. The technician called 30 minutes ahead and arrived promptly.  He inspected the entire system- spent about an hour at my house and listed any issues the system may have had. He never tried to up sale any services and was very frank and honest with his advice.  The technician also went the extra mile and inspected the return compartment when he noticed the sound of water leaking.  He replaced the fitting for the condensate pipe and clean the entire compartment out.  I was  very pleased with the overall experience. Will use this company again in the future.
