Master electrician, Frank Welles and assistant, did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and worked efficiently in their preformance of the tasks.  The job was completed as scheduled in a very professional manner and at a reasonable cost.  In the future, I will be using Welles Electric for all my electrical needs.

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home,and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed . Will highly recommend them."

"Os Hvac provides excellent value for the money. I can now enter my house and experience a consistent and comfortable temperature. The unit dehumidifies so I am no longer bothered by high humidity. My living room window now has a view of trees instead of a noisy AC unit. The outside unit is whisper-quiet, which pleasantly surprised me. The vents and returns are all on the floor and work perfectly in cooling my small (1080 sq. Ft) house. I just have to say that I am beyond pleased. I never thought I could afford central AC and now I have it!"
