"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Company was booked until 2nd or 3rd week in March. Wasn't very prepared for special."

"I liked this gentleman very much, he was polite and courteous.   He was on time and did the job he said he would.
I hired him to put in an outdoor spotlight on my business sign up by the street.   He did a really good job digging the small ditch for the electric line, put in the motion sensor outdoors on the building so that the lights would go on at dusk and off at dawn with a switch indoors to turn it off completely if need be.
One day I noticed the spotlights were on all day and were not working properly.   Another day I noticed one was out and when I opened it there was moisture inside.
He came back twice to fix the problem but was unsuccessful.   Also, when I took the spotlight bulb out to replace it the gentleman at
the electric company said (after I told him my problem with moisture) that a different kind of spotlight should have been used.
This problem has not been fixed and I have put it on the back burner for now.   I am going to have to pay quite a lot of money to get someone to replace the faulty motion sensor and if I decide to change out the style of spotlight, that will be more money which I can ill
afford.   I feel that Welles Electric doesn't stand behind his work beyond the first or second try.

"However, as of Monday it will be almost a week since I have heard back and the only feedback I got was a promise to get back to me by the end of the day with a quote after I EMAILED HIM!
I have had so many handmen and contractors not call me back, or are unavailable. I was really excited to find someone and get started.
I felt like it shouldn't take this long to get an estimate on the work and I would rather be told straight forward that the project would not be big enough or the schedule did not work. If I am having this much trouble getting an estimate, what about the work?
We are trying to decide whether or not to put our home on the market and this price weighs in our decision."
