"TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. "The upstairs rooms were extremely hot or cold during the seasons.  Jason informed me that I did not have any insulation in the upstairs attic and I was getting the heat and cold from the roof.    Since the insulation, my upstairs area is much cooler!
Jason is very knowledgeable in his field and he quoted me a price that I could not refused for down and upstairs attics.  He was on time at my home and ready for work.

"Artic did an A+ job of adding the insulation on December 6, 2022. They also installed an attic door cover. Two things worth noting ... first, be sure to close off rooms from where your attic stairs are as the insulation has a way of getting all over, and second, the blowing machine inside their truck gave off odorous fumes that reached the house despite being 50 ft. away in the street and also made it difficult for the outside operator to breath even with a mask. They need to ventilate their truck better and do something to reduce the exhaust fumes of the engine."

"The technician Hector was awesome! I trusted him thoroughly, he's very knowledgeable. Victor, who was with him, designed our new duct work, and he was very good with that. They were very clean, and covered everything to protect my house. They also wore booties.

I ended up with a rather large hole in my ceiling because someone almost fell through it, but Hector was great and found someone who did a good job fixing it at the company's expense without hesitation.

The sales person was a little pushy though."
