"We previously had Top Gun Attic Pros replace the fiberglass insulation in our house attic. The work was incredible, the product was perfect and they were great people to work with. We were so impressed that we told our contractor that we would select our own spray foam installers (of course it was Top Gun Attic Pros) for the barn we were building. Once again John and Top Gun exceeded our expectations. One thing I didn't mention was that their pricing was VERY competitive, but I would have paid a premium for their quality of work."

"I wish i had hired someone else to install my insulation back in 2021. Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness."

"UPDATE Feb 2021: Not only was this a good solution for the summer but it also helped out during the winter storms that shut down Texas. Due to Neal the owner adding additional insulation along with the barrier itself, it protected my pipes from freezing up during sub zero temperatures. The owner Neal comes out and personally conducts the estimate and he also arrives and personally supervisors and participates in the installation of the job itself. They get started early and work very hard. I can already feel the effects of the radiant barrier itself and I am very impressed. I ran estimates with three other companies and this by far was the best solution. Neal also installed additional insulation and an attic fan in addition to the radiant barrier itself. I also examined the radiant barrier product and it is higher quality and more durable than what you can buy at the store and better than what the other contractors were using."
