"It was a great experience from start to finish, with no surprises or additional costs. I had a great conversation with Somer and she set up an appointment for Bradley to come to my home. He is a great consultant. We toured my home, I expressed my concerns, he explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. It was scheduled to be a two day project, but it was completed in one day, because Paco was able to get a second crew, due to another job being postponed. Paco is as good as advertised. He is extremely polite, a great technician, and treated my home like it was his own. His crew protected the flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. They arrived at 8am, and left at 7pm. Since the project was completed, I've noticed that the temperature throughout the house appears to be constant, unlike before, when I had hot and cold areas. The project involved removal of the old insulation, install radiant barrier, apply 18" of new insulation, installation of two solar fans, an attic stairway tent, replace 9 soffits and install 11 new ones to increase ventilation. They also applied new insulation and a whirlybird to my detached garage. Again, this was supposed to be a two day project. Randy came to see how things were going, and I received a call from Gus (Operations Manager) as well. The attic looks awesome and feels cool. Bradley came the following day to ensure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the level of attention provided, and the care the crews took in cleaning up afterwards. I consider this project to be a great investment, which will provide many years of comfort, and increase my home's energy efficiency throughout the seasons. I am confident that the future energy savings will eventually pay for this one time project."

"If I could provide Harsin Energy Services with a higher rating I would. Mike and his crew were great, very professional, and delivered a great product all while being the lowest cost option. I had blown in insulation added, a wind turbine added to the roof and some soffit vents added around the perimeter. Mike and his crew arrived on time and had the work completed within the day. The house was built in 1954, pier and beam, is approximately 1900 sqft and was in desperate need of insulation - the existing insulation was bare in some spots and about 4” deep in others. As soon as the work was done I immediately noticed the AC not kicking on nearly as often and a more consistent temperature throughout the house; the same is true with the heat as we moved into the winter. Comparing my bills from one year to the next I’ve already saved on average about $55 a month. If you have an insulation need or even aren’t sure give Mike a call!"

"Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"

"From start to completion everything for the initial quote, to showing up on time, to completing the job quickly and cleaning up was absolute professionalism. Kent , the owner, was great and everything he told me was correct. I have waited to post my evalution because I wanted to receive my first utility bill after completion. My utility bills in the summer were ranging from $250-$300 a month. I have a 2267 square foot home with a pool. My first bill since my new installation was $200.00, a wonderful drop from last year. "It went very well and I will definitely recommend Neal and his team to anyone needing to add insulation or reduce their heating/cooling bills. Neal was very professional and helpful. Great team and great service. Neal added 12" of loose-fill insulation to my attic, installed a Wi-Fi Attic fan and installed a radiant barrier to the underside of my roof. He also needed to add some eave vents to the outside of the house and did so himself. I am very pleased with the service done to my home."
