"13 years ago Deckscapes built us a 14x18 foot screened porch which we have enjoyed immensely over the years and have received so many compliments on. They did a magnificent job but after 13 years it was ready to be freshened up. Although they were not the least expensive, we went with Deckscapes based on how pleased we were with the initial build. We had them put in new screens, new screen caps, a new screen door and fresh paint on everything. They did an incredible job and we could not be happier. The porch looks brand new and every member of the Deckscapes team did an outstanding job. What amazed me and my wife was that all of the team members were the same people who originally built our porch 13 years ago. What a tribute to Mick and his team to stay together for this long! "Juliane was great! From the start she had great ideas for our patio/deck that my fiancé and I wanted transformed into an extra room that could also be used as a patio when we wanted it. Juliane picked some beautiful drapes to wrap around the patio for privacy and to block off the outside, and a beautiful area rug and dining set that looked great as inside or outside furniture. She explained that the drapes would also help with the echoing on our patio since we live in a condo. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out and will definitely be using her again in the future!

"Randy Sandford and his team designed and installed a patio that was a ten-fold improvement over what we had there before, and went the extra mile by installing stone stairs that integrated seamlessly with the style and structure of an existing garden wall. Their professionalism and passion for their work was evident throughout the project. They also came in on time and on budget, even though the work required some unanticipated tasks such as rebuilding the garden wall. "They repaired a broken piece on the pergola, stained the pergola, gazebo, deck and benches.  A separate team removed the popcorn ceiling in the very large master bedroom and painted the walls and trim.  They were very efficient and did a beautiful job.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I was especially impressed with Albert, the owner.

"Called to get estimate and Kevin showed up the next day right on time. He assessed the damaged and provided me with an estimate via email that same day.

After accepting the estimate, Marty fro BTR was there the next week on time, as scheduled. He was able to complete all work the same day and did a great job. Marty was very professional and friendly...if I used BTR again (and I am sure I will) I will ask them if they can send Marty to do the work. During the day, as Marty was working, Kevin (one of the owners)stopped by to check in with me and Marty. I could not be happier with their work or the way they treated me as a customer!
