"I had called several places. Before providing a quote, Jim asked to come out and see the site (at no cost) to discuss the project and provide an accurate quote. I had given square footage, but Air Defense was the only one that wanted to come out and see for themselves. On day of job they arrived early, set up, explained procedures and went to work, It was a 130+yr old house, flat roof with attic height varied from 9in to 29in, but they got to every corner, sealed pipes, air leaks, capped recently installed can lights and packed the attic with insulation, insulated hatch to attic. Amazingly efficient. The walls with voids were insulated. Clean up was perfect. Very knowledgeable, not afraid to discuss with owner and thought on their feet. Can't say enough, Actually, it was an enjoyable experience."
