"I live in Houston TX and am responsible for a family house in Northville Michigan. Early this morning I was notified that there was no water in the house and I immediately suspected that the submersible pump at the bottom of the well that was originally drilled in the 1950s was the issue since the pump was last replaced in the 1980s. I called this company at 9am and they showed up at the house to meet a family member there at 11am. By noon I received a call with the diagnosis and dollar range estimate - to be verified as pump was lifted to surface and worn out pipe and other components replaced along with the pump. I received pictures throughout the process and the work was completed within dollar estimate and house water back on by 3:30pm! I was so worried having the trust an unknown company and orchestrate the job from here in Houston by Mike - company owner - was an excellent communicator and a man of his word, who has obviously done this many times for many other customers."

"I have trees in the front of my house. 3 years ago I had a company (Rooter MD) come out and use a high pressure water system to cut the roots out. That cost me $800  The day before I had Rooter MD come out to clear the clog. They charged me $198 to "poke" a hole thru the tree roots of the main line and to clear the laundry room line. However, my laundry tub still did not drain. They told me it was the trap and it would have cost additional money to clear that. They also told me I needed to either pay another $900 for the water jet to fully clear out the tree roots in the main line or pay over $7500 to have my main line replaced or upgraded. Foolishly I let them leave without clearing the laundry tub drain. I tried clearing that drain myself but was not sucessful.
I called Chris from Clog-busters late in the day. He first tried to fit me in but had to schedule me for the next day. He sent his guys out the first thing the next day. They used an "expando-blade" rooter to cut out all of my tree-roots and the cleared the laundry tub drain. they showed me a before and after video of my main drain proving the difference. When they arrived my main drain was already backed up. The $198 I spend with RooterMD was already clogged and basically did nothing.
The video of the drain showed that it was in good shape and these guys told me that tree roots are a common problem that can be resolved by having this expando-blade rooting done every other year. They also told me that they could replace my main for under $4000 if I ever decided to do so.
The bottom line is they are an honest and competent provider that I will be happy to recommend to others and will definitely be using again.
