"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "I contacted Supreme Window and Door to find a good solution to my home office, which is right next to a major high way. My current windows are 20 years old, and are leaking air. Road noise was free to enter, making it a really bad place for work. Albert came by right on time, and recommended a solution with laminated glass windows to me. He also explained the performance differences and cost differences. I decided to give it a try. The order took exactly the amount of time they predicted. Eric and his crew installed the windows very professionally. I noticed one of the windows was not level compared with other windows. Eric explained that it was because of the weight of the laminated glass window, and the frame itself, which is not square. However, he took extra effort to help me adjust it to a good balance. "We are selling our home and the buyer's inspection said that our windows would not hold open. I called William Boston and he was very helpful on the phone and even though he was very busy he asked one of his workers to come out to the house to see what needed to be done. His evaluation was that when the windows were cleaned they were not replaced properly. He took each window out and realigned them so that now they work well and the windows stay in place when opened. I want to thank him for his responsiveness and his ability to do the necessary repairs.

"The installers did a very good job. The company appears to have gone out of business. There was corrective work which was required and the company was not around to honor its obligation to make it right. The manufacturer, Marvin, stepped in and corrected the installation issues."

"Our front door lock and handle had broken. We called and Chris came out the same day. He saw that it was a Baldwin product and told us that Baldwin has a lifetime warranty. He gave us the phone number for Baldwin and said to call for a new lock assembly and when it arrives, he will come out and do the repair. We did so and the parts came in a week later. Chris came out the next day. He did the repair and it works great now. He is very pleasant and professional. I will use him every time I need a locksmith.
