Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. This was a special order faucet from Delta purchased about 10 years ago.  I did not locate a model number and therefore, I need to replace the faucet.  Haven't had the money to replace it yet so I haven't called them back to do the work.  I may just have a new one installed by Lowe's since that is where I will purchase the new one.  Assume they will have the appropriate tool.
This provider was very prompt and responsive.  The original person couldn't come, so they called and explained and then sent someone else.
However, I was a bit dismayed that the plumber showed up without a tool that would take apart the faucet.  It was special order, but it's a standard Delta that is fairly commong these days.

"Vic and his team were great to work with. Vic was knowledgeable and thorough as well as fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Vic also guarantees his work for 5 years. Vic was also great at communicating with me during the project. I first hired Vic to replace my main water line. After he completed that job, because they did such a good job, I asked him to replace all the galvanized pipe in my house with copper. During the repiping job, a separate issue came up with the gas line to my fireplace, and Vic took care of. I highly recommend Vic and his team."

"We had 2 jobs done by Iwai. First, they did the central air for our 3 bedroom house in LA. Many of the other companies said we needed to put in additional vents but Iwai suggested putting the system in and adding the vents later if we were not satisfied with the air flow. This ended up saving us thousands. the second jod was a mini-split HVAC for our garage conversion. our general contractor gave us a ridiculous price so we called our friends at Iwai for a second opinion and they were great. The price was low and when the inspector gave us a hard time about silly details Brandon sent his team out multiple times to deal with it even though it was a relatively small job for them. "Basically Brigada Builders renovated our whole house with building a new masters bath room and a new CHEF'S KITCHEN.
 The work involved the following:
1- tearing down 2 bath rooms, a fire place and some walls.
2- gutting 4 rooms and refinish them.
3- re-configuration and building of new walls as well as building from scratch the masters bath room.
4- Building & Installing completely a new kitchen including a 48" range. hood, 42'' subzero refrigerator and more.
5- Installing over 2000 Square feet of tile, including all walls & the ceilings in 2 showers.
6- re-fitting all the necessary plumbing, including INSTANT water heater and all other elements such as faucets etc..
7- re-painting 7 rooms including decorative detail work.
