"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"Dave replaced my old AC unit and evaporator with a brand-spanking, new one. My wife and I were very happy with the final product and the investment we made. Dave installed a concrete pad for the new, larger unit and built and installed an iron cage to protect it from any potential theft. Also, Dave was very good about working around our busy schedule. "I received the Nest thermostat through the KCP&L program with the intent to install myself. I was upgrading from the older Honeywell Wifi thermostat I received through KCP&L. However, the wiring for my old thermostat and the NEST wasn't a simple "plug-n-play." (Even though I elected to install on my own rather than wait 3 mos for a Nest tech to come to my home). So, when I saw the advertised services for a smart thermostat install (with Nest pictured), I figured it was with the piece of mind to have a professional HVAC tech come out and look. -Setting up the appointment was pleasant. The time frame was flexible and felt like they were very accommodating to various schedules. -I setup a time for show up between 10-noon. Techs showed up just before noon. Within the scheduled window, but reminiscent of cable companies who show up just before their appointment window expires. -I explained the situation to the arriving tech including what I had attempted. He began asking questions about the Nest which began giving me pause (as they not only advertise for this service, but the implication is you should also be familiar with their technology). -tech called in the owner of the company who also seemed perplexed as to the operation. Both seemed less-than impressively familiar with the Nest thermostat. -After they left they contacted Nest support and forwarded me their Nest tech support post about my specific issue (again, something I hired these guys for and could've done on my own. But, I wanted an in home HVAC tech in person). I don't have any other experience with Air Sales and this review is only in regards to my experience and review of my specific purchase. My recommendation is: if you are going to advertise for a specific service, don't post a picture of a device you aren't as familiar with. Nest does have a list of Nest specific installers in the KC area. I discovered this after the fact."

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. I will be using him for any future repairs to my AC. So should whomever is reading this review.Thanks again to Wyatt HVAC & Home Solutions for the awesome service on this very hot day."
