He just seem to want to leave. If he didn’t know about something, he was kind of making excuses. He hooked up a couple of things that I could have done myself actually but it was the DVR thing that I was confused about. The thing that he hooked up, he hooked up okay. I think that he showed up on time. He couldn’t answer some of my questions while he was here. He was here on time. It was a really waste of money for me."

"They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
