"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Vista was fastidious in their care for my home and lawn, not one speck of debris was left behind. Vista, the installation crew, company representatives, everyone, exceeded our expectations. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Charlie did a great Job.  I had to do everything via phone and Email as I work overseas and my wife was out of state.  Windows looked fantastic and so did the french door install.  Had one concern about the french door being hard to close, but Charlie came back and assured me that everything was correct and air tight and to call if any concerns arose.  Price was Fair for the windows, but a little steep for the wall removal in my opinion, but I'm not in the business so they should know.  All said, Work was great and house was clean when I got back.  They did an excellent job.

"They were on time and very fast. The Angie's list deal was for 750 square feet, three rooms for $450 and I knew we would go over that a little but I think their calculations were a little excessive.  They didn't account for many of the windows and doors when they considered the amount of coverage so it ended up being $300 extra without paint.  Overall, the work was good except for a few drips onto the trim that I didn't see until later and they were very fast.  In the end, it was about $240 an hour for a crew of three painters to do the work.  It looks great and I'm glad we did it but I still think it cost too much.

"The contractors quickly responded to our inquiry. And the leading engineer is very experienced. She walked through the house with us listened carefully of our concerns. She came up with repair solutions right at the spot and discussed with us all the options for each solution. And later she gave us a price well within our budget. All works were done within three weeks from the first walk through. The lead engineer kept us updated about the working progress almost daily.  She replied to our questions even during the weekends. So overall, it is job well done!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
