Sharon gave us an estimate that I thought was reasonable. We scheduled the service  for the next week. Steve and Sharon showed up on time and proceeded to layout the drop cloths and their equipment. They were both very courteous and friendly. We appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to explain what was being done while they did the work, and did not mind answering any questions we had about the procedure. "Jesse came out and did a thorough inspection and then gave me his recommendations based off his findings. He treated our system for mold, found and fixed an air leak in the unit that was left open by a previous contractor, removed insulation from the unit, and was professional throughout the whole process. He came back a month later to check on the work, did another cleaning for mold and finished he job well. Recommended!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."

"When my heater stopped working I was able to get a technician out that afternoon. I have an old HVAC system so they didn't have the part in stock, but he was able to get me running again that day and said he would order a replacement part that day. The part come in sooner than expected and the technician called to schedule time that afternoon to come out to install the new part. During the entire process everyone at the company provided great service and did exactly what they said they would do. I have used the owner of the business for 14 years to meet my business and personal HVAC needs - every install and repair has been excellent just like my last repair this winter."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"The first couple of times we used Drain Go, the same problems repeated.  They were very gracious about returning.  The last two times Drain Go came to make repairs, they were outstanding.  The two plumbers managed to replace the water heater the same day, even though it involved them working through the dinner hour. They managed to remove an old water heater from an attic, lower it through an impossibly small access door, carry it through the house and out to their truck. This involved them walking on rafters and, with the additional weight of  all of the sediment in the water heater, I have no idea how they managed to do this without damage to themselves or the house. Drain Go always arrived within the first half hour of the time window the dispatch provided and were careful to work with our warranty company and explain all of our options.
