Addition Contractors in El cajon, CA

"This bathroom remodel has completely changed how we use the space! The team worked with us every step of the way to create a modern, functional, and beautiful bathroom. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the finished product is exactly what we envisioned. We are thrilled with how it turned out!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Jake and his construction company. He recently completed an addition on our home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jake was professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and took a lot of pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the project, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was done right instead of cutting corners. The quality of the finished addition exceeded our expectations and looks like it was always meant to be part of the house. It’s hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but Jake is one of them. He showed up, followed through on what he promised, and treated our home with respect. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would recommend Jake and his company without hesitation to anyone looking for quality construction work. Five stars all the way — we would absolutely hire him again!"

"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Out of all the companies I met with Golden ahore design and built were the best choice Highly recommend!!"

"We recently hired Pen and Mason to expand our pantry, build a custom coffee bar, install new electrical outlets, and replace the carpet on our stairs with beautiful vinyl plank flooring — and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and executed the work flawlessly. The pantry expansion is so functional, the coffee bar is my new favorite spot in the house, and the new flooring completely transformed our stairs. They also handled the electrical work seamlessly, ensuring everything was up to code and perfectly placed and they also put up with my picky husband in the process."

"I reached out to DB Construction needing my ceiling repaired and repainted due to a leak in my condo. David and Daniel were extermely easy to reach, prompt, and professional. The scope of work was clear from the beginning to end. Their quality of work was superb as well. They were receptive to my needs, which is greatly appreciated considering that this is a smaller scale job. I also appreciate their awareness and courtesy while working in my condo; they were conscious of the noise that was created and even made sure to clean any common areas where they tracked. Thanks so much! You have a customer for life. :)"

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."

"Great company to work with, very good communication and reasonably priced, everything was as described and agreed."
