There is little privacy, if you remodel all your bathrooms, people are running through the whole house, and it helps to see, that they treat your belongings (and your dog) like you would. It helps, that you get called in advance to get a heads up, that they clean up after work is done, that nobody is yelling and screaming through the house, that you were treated with respect.
