They politely called ahead because one of their earlier appointments had not been home.  They arrived when expected.  They carefully inspected the exterior and interior walls for cracks, and in the end decided that we would be better off using one of their competitors because the type of pier that we needed was not one that they could provide. They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. "The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work.  Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding.  For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional.  The travertine floor is perfect.  Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered.  The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings.  Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."

"They did a lot of work. They put up some drywall, laid tile, rebuilt some shelving mungs other things. They were very nice. They worked very hard and tried to accommodate as many things as they could. I asked them to do a lot and they tried to fit it all in. I told them I'd rather them do the work in the alloted time and not spend it cleaning up, so I cleaned up after them."
