"He explained all the parts that were needed, how an expanding pipe would be best since my mud room--where the pipe runs through--is not heated, and how the outside faucet mounting would be a bit tricky, and I couldnt be happier. I can clean my backyard, water plants, no problems at all. He also replaced my bathroom showerhead in about two minutes and I have perfect water pressure now. He was friendly, affordable, informative, and amenable. I look forward to hiring him again!

"This is our 4th or 5th time using No Frost Heating and Air and we are always satisfied. We knew we'd have to pay about $18k-$22k to replace our dual-zone heating and air conditioning units based on what our neighbors recently paid so we weren't surprised when No Frost quoted $20,500 before $2k in rebates. They came out to inspect our old system and provided several options (basic, mid-range, and top of the line). They also explained each one. About 2 weeks later, we had two new top of the range units installed without issue over a two-day period. The technicians called before they arrived, were efficient, and cleaned up before they left. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. Of the contractors that bid on the job, he was the most thorough in his examination of my home, taking lots of measurements, inspecting the existing hardware, and asking about my smart home setup. Strive's bid offered the most value for my dollar. It included equipment that I wanted at a lower price and included other incentives the other bids didn't. They were willing to work with my schedule, even when things got a bit disorderly when the stay-at-home order began. Ultimately, it's very hard to review an installation job a few months in, but I feel confident giving high marks based on value, professionalism, customer service, and being willing to stand behind their work."
