"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. We contracted Edwin's HVAC to replace our 22 year old AC system, he provided a very prompt quotation, with two other company's in the bidding one never responded the other took a week, Work was carried out 3 days after awarding the works, Edwin arrived at the door on time and without delay proceeded to remove the existing system 7hrs later the new system was in, commissioned and handed over carried out in a very professional and excellent workmanship. "Called Buric's because the furnace stopped working. The temperature outside was 18 degrees and the temperature of the house was dropping quickly. 
I called the number in the listing and Nick returned my call promptly. Greg came in shortly after and found the issue. It was a frozen condensation line that drips outside. He installed heater tape on the copper tube and the condensation pump started to work again. Problem solved in one day.
