"We contacted At your Service Air Conditioning and Heating because our air conditioner was not working. Their response was quick. Bob came over the same day we called. He found that a part was suspect that was still under warranty. He came back the next day and put the new part in. We were charged a service charge, labor and a manufactures warranty Fee. This is an honest company. I would have put my review in quicker but had to wait on my daughter to help me. My husband and I highly recommend At Your Service Air Conditioning and Heating."

"A single phone call to Polar brought me to the Boss Paul . He asked me want I wanted, needed and the urgency. Just so happens my 83 yr old mother was home with heat in high eighties. I asked for more A/C than the home really needed. Paul explained to me why I didn t need the Cadillac of units. He was a pleasant Chap to work with and got his crew out on time to quote the job. Quote did not change when the bill came. Technicians were respectful and were done quickly leaving it as clean as when they arrived. Of course time will tell if the installation and equipment stand the test of time and SW Florida heat and humidity. So far, A Plus and I am hard to please !"

"this was for a full system replacement. response was very fast and installation was possible within a day. the wrong air handler was delivered but quickly rectified when I reported it. Also the correct programmable thermostat was not available in the day of installation. this was corrected two days later. these minor logistical issues led me to rate the quality not a 5. Brett did a great job ensuring the inspection was completed quickly and the team did a good job completing the installation. overall great prompt service."

"If anyone is considering using another company. DON'T. I called Conditioned Air, the following day the guy tells me all my duct work I'd bad and needed to be changed, he also told me my existing a/c was oversized and his quoted price was for a smaller unit. 3 days to do the job price $13000. My next call was to Comfort Air. The following day the guy tells me that the mixing boxes are to small and need to be replaced, he never mentioned going to a smaller unit but tells me the fan on my air handler is cavitating. Are we talking about a boat? 2 days to do the job. Price $ 10500. Called American mechanical I spoke to Kenny he had the warehouse manager Marshall arrange for Jerry the appraiser to be at my house same day, 2 hours later Jerry arrived looked at what had to be done. He said ductwork was fine, mixing boxes were fine and let's just say we had a good laugh about the fan cavitating. Price thousands less than both of the other idiots. Doug and Mike the installers were great, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, left my garage cleaner that it was. They installed my A/C as if they were working on their own house. They had to trim bushes to install my condenser they trimmed and cleaned up better than my landscapers . From start to finish the job was done first class. I don't usually write reviews but American mechanical deserves 10 stars. Being disabled I appreciate knowing that the job was done by honest people who were not looking to take advantage of me. Thank you all!!!"

Very reasonably priced, quick to come out if you do have a problem and very professional. They donâ t require payment up front. Iâ d highly recommend them."
