"There were some truck mechanical issues that prevented the originally scheduled appointment. Unfourtunately, much of a Saturday was lost chasing this person for when he would arrive. Numerous contacts I grew increasingly frustrated. I contacted the office and they said this was unsatisfactory. The owner showed up to complete the work the following Saturday. The owner and his son did a very good job trimming the trees. The one that was too close to the chimney was the primary focus. They also helped to reshape many other trees without any additional cost. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied based on what happened before!!"

"It took a while for the initial service, but they stated it was due to the weather. Price was not the cheapest quote we got, but when I initially met him, he seemed to have a good plan for what to do with the spring clean up, so we went with them. It's still unclear to me which day they will come to mow our lawn (has not been consistently the same day each week), but it is happening weekly.
