He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

I scheduled the job with Josie, on the phone, and she was also very professional and reassuring. Luke and Ryan came to prep and install blow-in insulation the following week. Both of these young men were very personable, answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They finished the job within 2 hours and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company and personable staff to get the job done right. My house is much warmer now, after they added 6” of Premium Grade insulation, and I hope to save some money on my heating bill. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!"

"Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!

"I was very pleased.  They were very responsive.  A handyman (Zach) came out right away and hung the blinds, fixed the doors.  Then the owner Doug came and diagnosed my condensation problem and figured out what to do.  Zach came back and opened the wall /insulated the duct, and then closed the holes required.  Zach put on the first coat of mud and the follow up visit was from the drywall specialist Luis.  He made two visits, one to complete the mudding (beautiful work) and a final visit to sand.  Everyone was prompt and professional.  I would use this company again.  The price was fair I thought, especially for the number of things I had done.
