"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Our heat pump broke down just as it was getting warm.  It turn out that a part they don't make anymore went bad, so Super Heating & Cooling had to find the part for us.  They found the part from a place in California and installed it as soon as they got it.  The installer was very professional and even waited around for a half hour after completing the job to ensure the house was cool."

"Everything went very well.  Job well done. Very detailed oriented. Very clean and  work done in a very timely manner.  I had estimates for a new furnace only and the cost was going to be around $4,500.00.  That did not include anything done on the air conditioner or new gas line.  I have not had any problems with my new system.  He installed another furnace for me at a rental property. And everything went very well and also saved me a lot of money."

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I received prompt service when setting up my appointment. Gentleman came promptly at time specified and gave a thorough estimate on what it would cost for system to be fixed. I also received options on how I could repair system with different money levels and the differences of warrantees. I was extremely impressed at how quickly my home was serviced."

"The service technicians actually arrived ahead of the time scheduled but only after contacting us by telephone to make sure the earlier time would be okay with us. They were reasonably careful not to track in the snow/dirt that was outside. As far as I could tell they performed the service well."
