In 2019, we hired them to replace an outdoor spigot/hose bib and copper plumbing, which cost $309. That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required. After questioning the price, they ?discounted? it to $600. Feeling uneasy about the pricing, we asked them to stop the work so we could get a second opinion. Only then did the technician suddenly offer to honor the original 2019 price of $309?raising serious questions about where these pricing numbers were coming from and how such a drastic ?discount? could be offered on the spot. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
