And when the tech came to my house to diagnosed the problem, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I called Paramount after dealing with another company the day before. The other company charged me a service fee just to diagnose the issue, actually a hefty fee, and would have charged me again to replace a "faulty" part, and another service fee to replace the part. Paramount came and diagnosed the issue, and resolved it without needing to replace anything. I basically paid around 15% of what I expected to pay to have my issue fixed by the first company.
