"We have been waiting for a call back for over 2 weeks. We had a 4k job to ground our above round pool a month ago. We need the inspection certificate to pass the village inspection. It failed after the first try so the company sent someone else to fix the issue in order to be complaint with our village. We waited from 12p-9p for someone to show up. We received a call late that night that they couldn't come and would come the following day. The electrician finally came 7 days ago. He "fixed the issue". He stated we would receive the inspection shortly. The inspection company just "needed a picture" of the change to approve it. My husband has called Universe several times. Left several messages for the DOO with no response. He just got off the phone with a "Chris S" who says he is a project coordinator. He argued with my husband stating, "we are at the mercy of the inspection company". Universe chose this inspection company! We paid for it! Our village inspector is coming tomorrow (appointment made three weeks ago thinking this would be resolved) and we still have no electrical inspection. My husband had surgery Monday and is supposed to be healing. I NEVER write bad reviews..i try to resolve first but I have nowhere else to go. All I need is the inspection certificate! My next step will be to stop payment. UGH..what is so difficult here?"

"We had an ac unit put in two years ago. It never worked quite right. He came to check situation a couple times last summer - being it was a new unit - said to leave on auto/70 and should be fine. Still would not work correctly, hot days wouldn't work at all. This year was not working at all, only HOT air would come out. Once again came this summer, added more freon, stating there must be a leak somewhere. They couldn't find leak, told us we need to replace all the copper piping to fix the not even found leak. Wanted to charge insane amount money to fix a recent unit they installed that never worked in the first place! I tried calling the business a few times with not a single call back to speak with me. Thankfully i was forced to get it checked by someone else - it was an EASY fix! The flares were never tightened and there was a welded area that we were never told was done in first place. Do not trust this place; horrible customer service, unreliable, and afraid i was almost scammed!"

"I never leave bad reviews but feel compelled to warn people not to use this man's service. The most unprofessional, short tempered and hostile man. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. Vinny canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i ?should mind my business? in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he ?should have pushed us down the stairs?, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.Go elsewhere."

"I am not a review writer at all, however, I felt it only fair to write a review for Eric and Just Rite HVAC after a wonderful experience. This company and Eric the owner are, in a word, the BEST! I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."
