"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"I was informed by a Cool Air tech ( a Home Depot endorsed company ) that I had a struggling compressor and that because my system was 10 years old, should consider a new system. Then he referred an installer to me for a quotation This was a standard annual service call, not because I was aware of any particular issue I was skeptical and contacted , well reviewed Angi company RT Cooling . Rolando came out same day and did a thorough check up of my system. I found him to be personable , thorough, and informative. He found that the issue with the compressor was a disconnected wire from the capacitor, which was in need of replacement and that I had a defective 10 year old Honeywell thermostat. These were both replaced at a very reasonable cost . Rolando was very generous with his time and wanted to ensure that everything was running properly before he left I donâ t hesitate to recommend RT Cooling ."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
