"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. "John's Renovation Services did a great job from start to finish. 3 Kitchen cabinets needed to be removed and replaced due to water damage. Once the cabinets were removed additional water damage was found behind the cabinets. New sheet rock and new cabinets were installed promptly. Brandon Johns and his helper did an unbelievable job in a few days and now the kitchen looks like new again."

"They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
