"Alan got the bid with the best estimate.  He showed up early on a Saturday.  He proceeded to disassemble, analyze and repair a somewhat antiquated lock.  He located the problem and repaired the lock and door assembly rather than just replace it.  He wasted no time, saved us money and explained what was going on.  He was courteous, painstaking, efficient and economical.  His fees are extremely reasonable.

"I initially called to replace one sliding closet door panel and to adjust 2 closets with older tracks and doors that kept falling off. The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors.

It took Oren like an hour to remove the old and broken spring and to install the new one. Oren was honest by telling me not to use the most expensive part because all of them includes the same warranty.

"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. "Very well! The job required new electrical work. There was a concern for navigating around a joint support in the ceiling and the job was performed with good sound judgement. The exhaust was put in without without scratches on the exterior. It was not the conventional hood exhaust. This design had glass and dual exhaust fans. It works very well and lights up beautifully. When the job was completed the area was left clean free of any debris. We are very satisfied with the installation and would recommend Cancun Construction if you want the job done right and in a timely manner."

"Ori came over to check our pool. We contact him after we had some leaks at the pool and we were losing water. Ori did a complete check and he was able to give us a great price for the repair. After we approved the work, He gave us a date for starting the work and he came over with his guys, providing them with the correct information about what they need to do. The workers (2 in total) employees the pool and did all the patching. After that, they did the new prime and then, they painted the pool with a paint that we selected from the selection that Ori provided us with. Ori is a professional, polite and happy person to work with. He is a hard worker and we are happy to have him fix the pool.
