"Butch called back right away. Came out in a timely fashion. Got one unit working. Then he said the main board was malfunctioning on the downstairs unit and would have to be replaced. It would cost 1200 or 1300. But if we spent a little extra on a service contract he would wave the trip fee and it would be 1100 something. Okay. We did that. It was too late for him to get the board that day so he came out the next day to install the board. But the unit still didn't come on. He said the thermostat was bad and it would we 300 to 500 to replace the thermostat depending on what we wanted. My husband told him we could do that ourselves. Just by pass it and get the unit working. Then he came down and said that the blower motor was out and it would be 1800 to replace the blower motor or 2400 to just replace the whole unit and then we'd be under warranty again. I told them I wanted a second opinion before we did that. I called Ed & Sons they came out, confirmed that we did need a new thermostat. And said they could rebuild the blower motor for around 100$. I ordered two new thermostats for 300 for both of them and my husband installed the thermostats. The work they did was fine. But I felt like they were more of the school of let's just replace parts until it works or we can sell them a new unit. Rather than what can we fix."

"Chris & Sam were an amazing team. They were right on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. They went the extra mile to answer our many questions and trained us on using our thermostats. They answered our inquiries re options on future expansion of our system. They made sure we knew how to properly use our system to optimize its capabilities. We are seniors, and not techies at all. They explained our 3-zone system to us in terms we could understand and even installed an app on our phones to remotely control our thermostats. Chris was so patient with us. What a great experience."

We take great pride in our professionalism, timeliness and superior customer service on every job. We make sure to develop a lasting relationship so there will be no question on who to call the next time service is needed. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

"Everything turned out well.  They showed up on time, did the work as promised, and didn't leave any messes after the installation had been completed.  Additionally, the system is running fine.  However, it's difficult to gauge how well it's performing."

"We had a wonderful experience, as usual with Jon Wayne’s service. Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"Prior "tune up" service provider apparently messed up the hvac and then tried to sell me a replacement scenario over $3000 or a new unit for over $4000.  Next Service guy, as above noted, explained all the problems and the disconnected wiring left by the prior folks, and said it could be fixed for around $200, but it cost $410 as indicated above.  I do not think he arbitrarily increased his bill--just found more stuff that needed fixing than originally contemplated, and had to make a second trip out with one of the parts needed.

"I can think of nothing that I would change, or suggest be done differently. It went as if the installers were working on their own homes. Cliff did a great job of getting me the best deal on a great system, and Joe and Brandon showed great effort installing the system. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, and I could really see their commitment to doing the best job possible. I am just so grateful to have found Air Care Today, and chose to go with them. I will definitely mention Air Care Today to my coworkers and friends. Sincerely A lifetime customer Jeff Menacher"

"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"Great. These guys showed up on time and replaced both systems in only two days. I've had the new systems for over a year now and these guys stand by their work. They are very responsive and take responsibility for ensuring that everything is right."
