"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

"Remember how service used to be? These people do! Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. He was right. And I'm a very happy customer. These people understand what "service" means - or used to mean!"

"The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

"Aaron was the technician that came to fix the problem I had with my furnace. He found a fuse that was bad and replaced it. He also checked to see if the furnace was still running right. After all he did I wasn't charged anything for what he did. Because Aaron said that all he did was replaced a blown fuse . I will definitely use Elite Heating and Air for all my future problems.!!! "We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."
