They worked very hard over several hot days up in our attic removing our old AC/HVAC units, installing the new systems, replacing and refreshing alll of our ducts, cleaning the existing ducts, adding a Reme Halo air purifier to each of our new units, updating our thermostats, and setting new drainage lines. "Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."

Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. "The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

"I had some water spots in my sealing near some of my air ducts, so I thought I had a water leak related to my AC. Henry came out right on time and did work to show me that the leak was likely from my shower line. He didn’t even charge me for that work as it was not in the scope of stuff he normally does! He suspected that I might have a Freon leak my coils, and when he couldn’t find a major one, we checked outside, and when that didn’t show a major leak, he recommended I call him Back and he would personally come back out when the temperature was hotter to get better pressure readings. I have very high standards for service and integrity, and Henry greatly exceeded both."

"Very responsive and quick service.  Followed the quoted price for work even though there was an unanticipated problem on the outside hose bib replacement that caused the repair to take longer and require additional tools.  Gas line repaired to better than original installation.  On the air conditioning service Bobby checked both our systems out and during the checkout he found that the installer had failed to remove the plugs to allow condensate overflow to drain properly.  He fixed that and also installed a safety switch on each system at my request.  I have attic units and one of them is right over a room where I have a couple of computer systems.  I was always was always worried about the possibility of a condensate leak and the damage it could cause.  Not worried anymore as these fixes gave me plenty of redundancy and assurance that such an event will be prevented.  Highly recommend them for gas, plumbing, and air-conditioning services as i have now used all three.
