"Robert, the owner of Brooks HVAC is not reliable, he charged me full price and was paid in full to fix my gas fireplace, but never showed back up to complete the job. He doesn?t answer his phone, can?t leave a message because his mailbox is full, he doesn?t respond to my texts or emails. Now I?m out $420.00 and he never came back. I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureaux and have contacted my attorney for advice going forward."

"Had water leaking out my water heater. Called then before hours. Got called back shortly after. Put me on their schedule came out. Assessed the heater. Installed new heater. Absolutely wonderful service. I only had to miss one day of work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The guys were very nice and professional. Very thorough. Give them a call."
