He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. The two sliding screen doors came the next day and the crew arrived on time and installed the sliding screen doors in less than 20 minutes. All-in-all, this was a great experience and the price was right. We had another company give us a bid for the same work and they wanted $2,000.00. He installed ceiling fans, hooked up appliances, installed light fixtures, hung shelves, hung artwork, mounted TV’s on the walls and assembled all our new furniture! "After interviewing 5 general contractors on Angie's List, I chose In-Line because the owner, Steve Pope, impressed me the most with his description of how he would do the work, as well as suggestions about other items to consider.  He was very helpful in choosing the tile for the bathrooms, as well as the granite counter tops. We were in touch almost daily during the course of the work, and he resolved any questions or issues that I had.
Steve has assembled a great team of highly talented workers and subcontractors. Modesto and his crew were meticulous in preparing the house for painting. The master bathroom shower is a masterpiece, thanks to Moises. Nico and his crew did
a great job of replacing all the electrical switches and outlets, installing several lighting fixtures and putting an electrical outlet in the floor. They were able to repair a chandelier in the stairwell that I had almost given up on ever working properly. Emilio did a great job of making a modification (conceived by Steve) to a panel on the side of a bathtub, that had not been done properly by a previous contractor. Jesus and Roberto worked tirelessly to install everything in the bathrooms, as well as fix or modify many other things in the house. I had purchased vanities that didn't fit properly in the bathrooms and they were able to modify, as necessary, in a very short time. Over the course of the work I requested some additional items. Steve was happy to do several of
them at no charge.
Just looking at my renovated house makes me happy, thanks to the excellent quality of the work.

"United Builders did an excellent job remodeling our patio. We had a flagstone patio installed about a year and a half ago (with another company), but it wasn't done well and the flagstones were lifting up. We originally were thinking of having the flagstone redone, but Mike gave us the great suggestion of using pavers and extending the length of the patio and we are very satisfied with the final results!
The entire job was done very professionally, and we were impressed with the small details- like cutting the pavers to fit tightly around some pipes. Mike was great in giving us design ideas and really was patient and supportive through the whole process. Also we got a great gas firepit built in the center which looks very nice and makes our patio usable in the evening so overall we will get more use out of it. The crew did a good job cleaning up, and Mike was attentive to all of my questions during and after the project. When it rained and the water heater pilot light went out, the company sent their plumber out again to relight it and reseal the gaps in the newly installed water heater shed. Also when our sprinklers wouldn't turn on after the project was completed he came and figured out the problem (fuse needed to be replaced) and fixed it for us for no additional charge. We definitely will use this company again!
