Get matched with top heat pump installers and replacers in Fort Myers Beach, FL

"Owner Matt visited last spring to do a routine service check. He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, and great at communicating what he was doing and why. I signed a service contract, fairly priced for market. This week, my A/C stopped working during a FL heat wave. He responded within minutes to my text, and gave me helpful tips on things to check. The next morning, he scheduled his employee Bob to arrive within a 45-minute window. He was punctual and efficient: Within 5 minutes of arrival he diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor on condenser). Within another 10 minutes, he had a replacement in hand, checked to make sure it was covered by warranty, and installed it, then checked to make sure the house was cooling (it was) A paid invoice was in my mail inbox immediately. These two were timely, knowledgable, professional--and frankly, the most efficient workers I've ever had at my home of 20 years."

"Certified Heating & Cooling Inc Fort Myers went above and beyond to assist me when my AC went out and I needed a new system. Brandon was unbelievably knowledgeable and helped educate me on my home needs and delivered a solution based approach that aligned best for me related to the best brand within my budget. Likewise, the team that came out to facilitate the install we amazing, top professionals that I would highly recommend this company and team to everyone! Best in Class for sure!! Thank you so much for delivering installation and service excellence."

"I needed to replace a central A/C unit and requested quotes from several contractors. Paul at Polar Bear was very quick to respond and to come out and provide a quote. His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. When I called the other contractors back to let them know that their quote was significantly higher than the best quote that I got, they adjusted their quotes and still were significantly more expensive than Polar Bear. Installation was done promptly, just in time for a heat wave. Overall very satisfied."

"What a great experience! From Noah's knowledge and guidance during the sales experience to Darbyley and Armando's installation. Great company! Great pricing! Great sales and service! I would recommend them 100%!"

"Perfection at it finest! Tech was the best. Great company. I will definitely use them again!"

"Prices are way to high for UV light installation or system cleaning. The techmark did a great job and going over both my air handler and outside AC unit system but unlike most AC companies Unique Services does not provide Cleaning of anything during AC tuneup."

"These guys were great! My ac went out on Saturday night and they were able to have a technician at my house with in an hr. He was knowledgeable and offered great customer service! He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning! These guys were fantastic, my house is cooler than ever before!! We will recommend them to everyone and they now have a customer for life!! Thank you catalyst air conditioning"

"Most professional crew in all of Southwest Florida. Installed the unit and have been problem free since. I would highly recommend."

"We use them for yearly maintenance and are generally happy with their service. They gave us a competitive price, weren't the lowest or the highest, but they were honest and held their numbers. I was surprised how quickly they were able to do the installation."
